GIT launches testing of new anti-biofouling marine coating

Graphite Innovation & Technologies (GIT) Inc. is developing and testing a disruptive marine coating that reduces biofouling on marine vessels.

Phase One of the testing is being conducted at COVE (Centre for Ocean Ventures and Entrepreneurship).

Our anti-biofouling marine coating utilizes graphene to create a material that works to protect ship hulls, improve fuel efficiencies, and increase the longevity of boat hulls. By discouraging the growth of organisms, our innovative paints will drastically improve the performance of a boat over its lifetime.
